  • How long does it take to receive an offer on my property?
    You will receive an offer from us in as little as 48 hours! This is a conditional offer, subject to viewing the property and conducting a further review. If the offer does not meet your requirements or expectations, you can simply turn it down.
  • How fast can I sell my property?
    Northern Property Buyers offer completion times in as little as 1-4 weeks.
  • Do you cover my legal fees?
    Yes, we may contribute up to £1,000 towards your legal fees - dependent on the situation. This will likely cover your legal fees in their entireity! We can also rececommend a trusted solicitor to help ensure that the timeframe agreed is met. Alternately we are happy to work with your appointed solicitor.
  • Is your service free to use?
    Yes, our service is completely free - with no hidden fees.
  • How long do I have to decide after receiving an offer?
    Your offer remains valid for 14 days from the point of submission.
  • Is the process entirely confidential?
    Absolutely. The process is fully confidential. This means no advertisements of your property will be listed and there will be no for sale signs. Northern Property Buyers comply with all GDPR regulations and promise to process and secure your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Where do you purchase property?
    Currently, our area of interest is within the North of England.
  • What type of properties do you purchase?
    We purchase all types of property in the North of England.
  • Do I need my own solicitor?
    Legally, you will need to appoint your own solicitor. However, we can recommend a trusted solicitor, or alternately work alongside your appointed solicitor. In addition, we may also offer up to £1,000 towards your solicitor fees – In most cases, this will cover the fees in their entirety.
  • Do you offer a guarantee?
    Yes. Often when you sell through Estate Agents, your property sale will fall-through due to the complexities involved. We do not carry a chain and our funds are already secured. Thus, once we’ve agreed a price the rest is history!
  • Can you help stop a repossession?
    We offer extremely quick turnaround times which means we can help purchase your property before it is repossessed. Thus, your debt to the lender is paid and you may also walk away with money in the bank.
  • Can I sell my property with you if it is currently listed with an estate agent?
    Absolutely. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to cancel any existing listings or sale agreements before we can proceed with the sale. However, this is not always required.
  • What if I change my mind about selling my property?
    If you don’t want to proceed after receiving an offer, that’s perfectly fine as there is no obligation to proceed at this stage.
