The referrer will refer the homeowner to Northern Property Buyers, and not act in the reverse.

The property in question must meet our classification of an off-market property.

• To constitute an off-market property, the property must not feature on the internet, be listed with an estate agent, or be accessible to the general public for purchase.

From the outset, it must be clear to Northern Property Buyers that the property in question has been referred.

Norther Property Buyers must be the purchaser of the referred property for the reward payment to be valid.

The reward payment will be paid upon completion of the property.

Any breach of the terms and conditions will result in a void of the referral scheme.
